We operate across seven beautiful sites (each individual and magical in their own right), with a family of over 200 employees, making Little Green Rascals one of the largest independent and family owned employers in the childcare sector in Yorkshire. We look after over 900 families across York - who want excellent, ethical and quality childcare for their rascals.

We look to recruit for a minimum qualification of Level 3 in Childcare for our Practitioner vacancies as we believe this fits well into the standard of childcare we are striving to deliver. We are very fortunate to have a number of Early Years Professionals as part of our Nursery Management Team – who continuously share their knowledge and experience with their peers. We also look to offer opportunities for Modern Apprenticeships so that we can offer a route to harness fresh new talent into the childcare sector.
